At Stylus we know the work teachers do cannot be replaced by machines — but technology can certainly make teachers' lives easier. We're on a mission to improve school insight and combat teacher workload, but to find the way best way of doing this we need to know what works, and what's needed in the classroom.
We are currently recruiting teachers who can help to shape we do at every stage:

Designing questions that draw out misconceptions and enable comprehensive insight

Marking and moderating selected pupil responses to help train our system

Designing feedback models that draw on evidence-based research to give both pupils and teachers the insights they need to make progress
You don't have to be an expert in AI to join us, but you do need to have experience teaching the subject and stage in which you'd like to work. Openness to learning more about emerging technology is a bonus!
